“I can’t thank you all enough for supporting, encouraging, and challenging me as I start this new life style of eating healthy and staying physically fit.  Like most clients, one of my goals was to lose weight and I can’t believe that I am actually reaching my weight goal by eating right, doing strength training, and cardio.*  I am most excited of being able to jog again after many years of not running.  It feels great to have the stamina to run again!  What makes Fit Camp different from other gyms, boot camps, and classes, is they listen to what your needs are, they meet you where you are in your fitness level, and design a workout program specifically for you.  You have personal training in a private studio at a time that is convenient for you-no more excuses!  The trainers make it a point to get to know you and it is this relationship that keeps me accountable and makes me strive to challenge myself.  Thank you again for all that you have done for me!”
